Kansas Insurance recognized that several manual, paper-intensive processes were ideal candidates for business process improvement. Using LegaSuite, they created a tax payment portal integrating information from their iSeries applications.

Insurance companies can now securely file and pay their taxes via the portal. The portal eliminates most paper tax forms, speeding the submission process and reducing inaccuracies. Additionally, companies can update contact information, monitor agent license status and access and download important documents efficiently online.

About the Kansas Insurance Department
